III. Member Accounts

Store owners are solely responsible for:

- Pricing;
- Sales policies; and
- Any content published within their Stores.
VNExtra does not guarantee or verify the accuracy or completeness of information provided by Store owners.
V. Listings
Users may publish listings including, but not limited to:
- Products for sale
- Rental listings
- Free giveaway listings
- Job postings
- Service advertisements
All listings must:
- Be truthful and accurate;
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations;
- Respect intellectual property rights;
- Not contain fraudulent, misleading, offensive, or illegal content.
VNExtra reserves the right to edit, hide, suspend, or remove any listing that violates these Terms.
VI. Transactions
VNExtra operates as an online platform connecting buyers and sellers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, VNExtra is not a party to transactions conducted between buyers and sellers and is not the seller of products offered by independent Stores.
Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for matters relating to:
- Pricing;
- Payments;
- Product quality;
- Warranty;
- Shipping and delivery;
- Returns and refunds;
- Dispute resolution.
VII. Pricing & Payment
Product prices are determined solely by each Store.
Sellers are responsible for:
- Displaying accurate prices;
- Updating prices whenever changes occur.
Buyers are responsible for completing payment using the payment method selected during checkout.
VIII. Intellectual Property
All website content, including but not limited to:
- Website design;
- Logos;
- Graphics;
- Text;
- Images;
- Software;
- Source code; and
- Other materials,
is owned by VNExtra or its respective copyright owners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission from the rightful owner.
IX. User Content
Users are solely responsible for all content they upload, publish, or submit through VNExtra.

XI. Suspension or Termination
VNExtra reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, Store, listing, or service without prior notice if a user:
- Violates these Terms & Conditions;
- Commits fraud or deceptive practices;
- Publishes spam or unauthorized advertisements;
- Impersonates another individual or organization;
- Violates applicable laws or regulations;
- Engages in activities that may negatively affect the platform or other users.
